After receiving your initial estimate, a payment of 50% of the estimate is required to reserve the shoot. The remainder balance need to be paid after the shoot, before images are delivered. We accept a variety of payment methods, including check, bank transfers (ACH), credit cards, and cryptocurriencies such as Bitcoin.
On average it takes between 30-60 minutes depending on the size of the home. If everything is shoot ready and staged, it takes less time.
For most shoots, we aim to deliver the images the next day. Depending on the duration and number of images, it might take longer for post processing.
No. Mozi LLC retains the copyrights as is standard practice in the photography industry. You will receive a non-transferable and non-exclusive image license with a limited duration. For real estate agents, this is typically for the duration of their active listing. For portraiture and events, a specific duration can be negotiated. If a third party is interested in the images, they must contact Mozi to purchase a separate license.
